Works with the XL & LE Stoves only - Charges 2 AA batteries.

Slowly charges the two batteries used to run the XL and LE stoves. Plugs directly into the stoves. Rechargeable batteries sold separately. BATTERIES NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN CHARGER AND CHARGED UP FIRST FOR NORMAL OPERATION. Charger is designed to charge the batteries not run a stove by itself. Useful for extended trips and to avoid purchasing disposable AA batteries for the LE and XL stoves.
